Zimbabwe Christian Fair is a one day, seminar, marketing, business, and or partnership exchange platform between churches, church organisations, and businesses trading with Churches or wishing to extend their markets or partnerships with churches. The fair is an opportunity for the church to increase its weight in economic activities with help of the business community and other related channels. In other words it is an opportunity for the churches and related organisations to be seen and mainstream their role and participation in the economy rebuild of the country.
Zimbabwe is a country with a population of 14 million people (Zimbabwe census 2012). According to the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) reports 84% of the population are Christians. This means Christians are the biggest market, biggest labor force and the biggest proportion of the informal entrepreneurs in the country.
This event will enable you to meet decision makers as you promote your business to/among christians, building brand awareness, source new sales leads and create beneficial networks with 500 exhibitors and over 30,000 attendees.
However it is disheartening that the economy is suffering with Christian organisations and their members just complaining from the periphery but not uniting and directly involved in the rebuilding of the economy from the grass roots of access and influence there carry. Economics is all through the bible handling finances, dealing with government, rendering Caesar what belongs to Caesar. When Jesus talked of loving your neighbour and the stranger he was reminding us that they are no go areas for Christians.
